Let’s kick-off our Toy/Clothing Drive with an Ugly Sweater Day! On Friday, December 3rd, students are asked to bring a new unwrapped toy or clothing item or $1 donation. In return, students can dress in their tackiest holiday-wear! RHPS is collecting new toys and new children's’ clothing from now until Monday, December 13th! If your family would like to participate, please have your child drop-off unwrapped gifts in one of the donation boxes by the tree. Please see below for suggestions regarding needed item(s). Clothing: new clothing in various children's sizes - pjs, socks, and underwear Toy Suggestions: Games, to ys, science kits, dramatic play items, legos, baby dolls, art kits, games, sports-related items RHPS students have been learning all about the importance of having an “Attitude of Gratitude” and a “Live to Give” Heart. Encouraging our children and each other to be thankful for blessings big and small can have a huge impact on emotional health. Encouraging children to give each other compliments, give a smile, thank someone, lend a helping hand, or give their time to loved ones means so much.
