Dear Parents :
\r\nDue to Hurricane Dorian, the deadline to turn in school flu consent forms has been extended to the end of the school day on Monday, 9/16/19.
Bryan County schools will be partnering with our local health departments again this school year to offer free flu vaccinations to students. If you are interested in your student receiving the vaccination, please click on the links below and read ALL documents. \r\n
\r\nPlease fill out and sign the consent form ASAP. The consent form must be returned by September 16th. If permission forms are not returned or are incomplete, then the student will not receive the flu vaccination.
\r\nThe Health Department will be here to administer flu shots to students on October 8th for those students who have turned their form in by the September 16th Deadline.
\r\nPlease note, the flu vaccine is only available in an injectable (shot) form in Bryan County Schools. If you have any questions, please call the Bryan County Health Dept. at 653-4331 (Pembroke) or 756-2611 (Richmond Hill).
